Shipping policy

## Where we deliver

We deliver within **Toronto and the surrounding GTA** only. We are not shipping to
the rest of Ontario or the rest of Canada yet — caviar is perishable, and we would
rather do a small area properly than put a tin on a truck for three days.

If your address falls outside our delivery area, no delivery option will appear at
checkout. Email us and we will tell you when we reach you.

## Cost and speed

Same-day delivery depends on when you order and on capacity that day. If we cannot
make it the same day, it goes out the next day. Everything travels in insulated,
cold-chain packaging with ice packs.

## When your order arrives

Caviar is perishable. **Refrigerate it at 0–4 °C as soon as it arrives**, and keep
the tin sealed until you serve it.

Please make sure someone can receive the delivery, or choose an address where it
will not be left sitting outside. We cannot take responsibility for an order that
was delivered successfully and then left unrefrigerated, or one we could not hand
over after repeated attempts.

Planning around a heatwave, a long weekend, or an address you are unsure about?
Email us **before** you order and we will schedule around it.

## Address accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. Orders sent to an incorrect
address supplied by the customer are not our responsibility, and a perishable
parcel usually cannot be rerouted once it has left us.
